Warehouse transload means receiving stock at a third-party warehouse, breaking it down, applying new FNSKU labels and carton IDs, re-prepping it to Amazon's current inbound rules, and re-delivering it into a fulfillment center under a fresh shipment plan. The Four-Stage Transload Workflow
Every work order follows the same documented sequence, whether it is two pallets or two containers.

When Sellers Actually Need Transload
Gate rejection rescue
A delivery fails at the FC — overweight cartons, illegible labels, wrong prep — and the goods need somewhere to land, get corrected, and return under a corrected plan before storage fees compound.
Listing or brand migration
You re-launch a product under a new listing, a new brand registry, or move from commingled to stickered FNSKU tracking. Existing sellable units get relabeled instead of written off.
Seasonal repositioning
Stock sits in the wrong FC region after a demand shift. Units are pulled back, re-cartoned, and re-injected where they actually sell — one decision that pays for the whole work order.
How We Stay Honest About Footprint
Physical transload and return intake happens in third-party warehouses close to your FC network. FBAbridge's Ningbo and Yiwu team builds the labeling file, the prep checklist and the dispatch plan, and audits photo evidence at every stage. We never advertise overseas offices we do not operate.

Do you operate your own overseas warehouses?
No. We do not claim branch offices we do not have. Physical transload work overseas is executed by vetted local warehouse partners; FBAbridge owns the process spec, the labeling data, the compliance checklist and the dispatch plan from our Ningbo and Yiwu hubs.
Can you relabel inventory that Amazon returned to a prep center?
Yes — as long as each unit is in sellable condition and the new FNSKU is provided before the work order starts. Old FNSKU labels are fully covered or removed, and every carton receives a fresh shipment carton ID before it leaves for the fulfillment center.
How fast can re-injection be scheduled?
Once cartons pass inspection and relabeling, delivery to the destination FC follows the same appointment discipline as a normal inbound: a Carrier Central delivery slot is booked in advance. Exact timing depends on FC location, distance from the transload warehouse and slot availability — we confirm it per work order.
What do you need to quote a transload job?
Quantity and condition of units, current location (FC return address, prep center or partner warehouse), the new destination FC, whether new FNSKUs are required, and photos if the goods were marked damaged. Every work order is quoted per batch — never a fixed menu price.
