About FBAbridge
A China-side freight-forwarding and FBA prep brand for Amazon sellers and multi-channel e-commerce merchants who ship out of China — operated by one legal entity, from two physical hubs, with a documented process on every shipment.

Corporate Ownership & Legal Disclosure
FBAbridge is a cross-border logistics brand operated by GO GO AUTOMATIC COMPANY LIMITED, a company registered and operating out of Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, China. We are a China-side team: the people who quote your freight, receive your factory goods, apply your FNSKU labels, build your pallets and book your FC delivery appointments work on the ground in Ningbo and Yiwu — not through an offshore call center relaying messages to a warehouse nobody has met.
In compliance with international trade transparency principles, we do not fabricate non-existent overseas branch offices, invented statistics, or virtual case studies. Where a task runs outside China — for example overseas transload or returns processing — the physical work is executed by vetted local warehouse partners under a process spec we own, and we say so plainly on the service pages involved.
What FBAbridge Is — and Deliberately Is Not
FBAbridge is deliberately narrow: we serve Amazon FBA sellers and multi-channel e-commerce merchants who ship inventory out of China. That focus shapes everything on this site. Our service pages cover China-side FBA prep and labeling, air express, Matson-style fast ocean freight, standard LCL/FCL ocean, returns processing and re-injection, 1688 and factory sourcing with consolidation, and multi-channel restock flows for Shopify and TikTok sellers. Our free tools — the volumetric weight calculator and the 1688 landed-cost estimator — publish their full formulas so you can check our arithmetic. Our marketplace guides document the inbound rules of the Amazon marketplaces our customers ship to most.
We are a freight-forwarding and prep operation, not a marketplace agency. We do not manage advertising, listings or account health, and we do not offer tax or legal advice — import VAT, EORI, product-compliance registrations and customs classification belong to you and your advisers. Our guides point out exactly where that boundary sits, because goods that clear the border are goods whose paperwork was owned by someone competent on the seller's side.
Operational Centers in China
Two physical hubs split the work by mode: ocean freight and container work gravitate to Ningbo; small-batch, high-frequency air and prep work runs through Yiwu.
Ningbo Port Logistics Hub
Adjacent to Ningbo-Zhoushan Port. Specializes in full container load (FCL) drayage, ocean consolidation, pallet assembly, and container stuffing. Sea-freight consignments are stuffed, wrapped and documented here before they gate in at the pier.
Yiwu E-Commerce Consolidation Hub
Located in China's small-commodity capital. Focuses on small-parcel aggregation from 1688 and factory suppliers, precision FNSKU thermal labeling, multi-item bundling, and rapid air freight dispatch for high-frequency restock cycles.
How a Shipment Runs With Us
- Quote in writing, before anything moves. Air, sea and prep costs come back itemized on a dated quote — freight lines, destination charges and prep labor separated — so the number you compare is the number you pay.
- Pickup and receiving. Goods from one supplier or twenty arrive at the hub, are counted against the packing list, and are photographed in their as-arrived state — the baseline every later dispute refers to.
- Inspection and prep against a written spec. FNSKU labeling, polybagging, bundling, carton and pallet prep run to a checklist agreed in advance, not to a phone call. Work is evidenced with counts and photos.
- Scan gate at pack-out. Every carton's labels are scanner-verified before loading — unscannable labels are reprinted at the hub, not discovered at the FC gate.
- Freight, documents and customs. Routing is chosen per shipment from your FC assignment; commercial invoices, packing lists and transport documents are prepared to match what was actually loaded.
- Appointment and check-in follow-through. Delivery slots are booked before arrival and tracked to check-in, so the shipment ends at a receiving door, not in a yard.
Our Commitments — and What We Don't Claim
- Answers on the record. We reply within 12 hours — typically under 2 hours during China business hours (Mon–Sat, 8:30–20:30 (GMT+8)).
- Evidence with the work. Prep counts, defect photos and disposal records are kept and shared — claims about carton state are checkable, not asserted.
- No invented numbers. We publish no shipment counts, client totals, review scores or years-in-business claims we cannot evidence. Every rate figure on this site is either a published formula, an indicative range labeled as such, or a per-shipment quote.
- Rules change; we date our pages. Amazon's inbound and prep requirements, customs regimes and carrier schedules all move. Our guides and service pages carry review dates and tell you to confirm current values in Seller Central and with your advisers — that instruction is part of the service, not a disclaimer of last resort.
